Feb 28-Mar 1
We left during a relatively calm wind, but drizzly, overcast day, hoping to find an anchor spot for a few days, hiding from East winds. There is suppose to be awesome diving and snorkeling. Angie also needs to finalize taxes and try to get more blog posts up, so mostly computer work and laundry for her before we head to Eleuthera and then to the Exumas.

We have passed quite a few interesting looking islands that we could stop and enjoy along the way, but have decided to hightail it to Eleuthera and then maybe the Exumas or take the Outer Islands further South. (Either way, REALLY remote islands that are supposed to be spectacular.) We figure this will not be the last time we are visiting the Abacos, so we should leave a few places for us to see for the first time, on our next visit.

The water temps are finally up….74.9 degrees F. Warm enough to jump in without wetsuits…It’s About Time. Mark is tearing the boat apart again, working on engine exhaust fans and temperature alarms and reconfiguring the master head for a holding tank after the Lectra San.
